AdviseInc has announced that it has secured 22 new NHS trust contracts and 61 NHS trust contract renewals since the start of the year.
The new contracts include South West England where the company now works with 15 NHS trusts across six integrated care boards (ICBs).
AdviseInc has secured new contracts with several other ICBs, including South East London ICB and service upgrades with six ICBs across the East of England.
All AdviseInc’s new customers have procured its advanced procurement analytics service, Platform+, the new insight service built on top of AdviseInc’s new analytics platform, released in March this year.
AdviseInc’s Platform+ provides NHS organisations with a one-stop shop for all procurement insights as well as advanced analytics capabilities that enable NHS teams to understand clinical variation and where efficiencies can be made.
The award-winning health tech company has also secured 61 contract renewals and upgrades including NHS East of England, working with the East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub and NHS Wales, covering a total of 32 organisations.
Mat Oram, CEO and Co-Founder of AdviseInc, said:
“These new contracts and renewals show our commitment to helping NHS organisations get better visibility of their spending, improve decision-making, save money and ultimately care for more patients.
“The NHS is facing a huge number of challenges right now, including rising costs and an ageing population.
“Our solutions help NHS organisations, in fact entire regions and countries, to address these challenges by providing the insights needed to make better procurement decisions.”
AdviseInc’s solutions have helped NHS organisations save millions of pounds, which is timely given the new efficiency savings targets published by NHS England earlier this year.
In its 2023/24 operational planning guidance, NHS England asked ICBs to plan to reduce procurement and supply chain costs with efficiency savings.
Darren McVee, eEnablement Manager, East of England Collaborative Procurement Hub said:
“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Adviseinc for many years, and have always been impressed with the quality of their products and services.
“Our recent upgrade to Adviseinc’s Platform+ will be significant for the East of England region as it streamlines our procurement processes and allows us to drill down into the information we need at the click of a button.
“It’s going to provide a huge amount of value to our organisation and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Adviseinc.”
The new AdviseInc Platform consolidates all its spend and analytics applications into a single, easy-to-use platform.
It also includes the company’s latest solution, Control Tower, which simplifies the vast amounts of information collected and managed within each care setting across an Integrated Care System (ICS).
It is the first application to connect order data, invoice data, inventory data, catalogues and contract information allowing a 360-degree view of information produced across a region, giving ICS procurement teams region-wide insight, helping them prioritise interventions and save money.
Rob Webb, Director of Procurement, Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Partnership (BSW Partnership) said:
“AdviseInc has been a trusted partner of Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire ICS for many years.
“We’ve been really impressed with their expertise and commitment to providing innovative solutions that help us to improve our procurement performance.
“We worked with AdviseInc on the development of Control Tower, which we believe will be transformative for the health and care supply chain.
“It’s given our ICS procurement team region-wide insight that helps us to prioritise interventions, save money and act where it’s needed.”
AdviseInc’s solutions are now used by over 130 NHS organisations across the UK.
