InteliChart, a patient engagement technology company, announced that it has extended its partnership with Office Practicum, a pediatric practice management company.

“Providing a superior patient engagement experience has always been our top priority,” Gary Hamilton, chief executive officer of InteliChart, said in a statement.
“Through our extended agreement with Office Practicum, we’re excited to offer pediatric practices even greater value with award-winning support, personalized training, and solutions designed to streamline operations and enhance patient care.”
Office Practicum customers who work with InteliChart directly will get:

“Although Office Practicum customers have been using the InteliChart Patient Portal for years, we recognize that their success depends on how effectively they can leverage its capabilities,” said Hamilton.
“That’s why the training and support provided to Office Practicum customers are critical for unlocking the portal’s full potential, enhancing both patient engagement and operational efficiency.”
THE LARGER TREND
In July, IntelliChart announced that HealthReach Community Health Centers of Maine selected InteliChart’s patient portal to increase patient engagement and experience quality. InteliChart’s patient portal enhances usability and accessibility for medically underserved populations.
In September, Office Practicum, launched a new patient portal, powered by BridgeInteract, a patient engagement platform company. The alliance created a seamless, user-friendly portal for pediatric practices and their families.
In May, Office Practicum announced its integration with GoCheck Kids (“GCK”), a compact smartphone-based vision screening platform. The GCK system carries out photoscreening and visual acuity testing. The results are stored in a secure, cloud-based web portal. The enhanced integration between GCK and Office Practicium allows a pediatric clinician to electronically order and receive vision screening results in a short period of time and the results can be transmitted directly to the EHR.
