International law firm McDermott Will & Emery welcomes Jason Zemmel as a partner in its Transactions Practice Group.
Based in London, Jason’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity (PE) matters within the healthcare sector.
Harris Siskind is global head of McDermott’s Transactions Practice Group.

Zemmel is active in the health and social care sectors, having spent nearly three decades in the UK market.
He was previously co-head of the international PE group at law firm CMS.
Zemmel has advised a wide range of clients, including PE firms, management teams, corporates, investors, and advisers on PE, M&A, corporate finance, and other commercial transactions
