Cloudfy Wins Best Rehabilitation Technology Solution at 2025 Health Tech Digital Awards – Digital Health Technology News

Cloudfy, a leading B2B SaaS ecommerce platform provider, has won the Best Rehabilitation Technology Solution at the 2025 Health Tech Digital Awards for its development of the RideLabs App, a custom-built digital tool designed for Ride Designs, a US-based specialist in customised wheelchair seating systems.

The award recognises solutions that make a tangible difference to patient care and operational performance. Cloudfy’s RideLabs App was praised for its intelligent, practical design and real-world impact, streamlining what was previously a complex, manual process in the provision of bespoke rehabilitation equipment.

Ride Designs, based in Denver, Colorado, has long delivered highly personalised wheelchair seating for clients with unique clinical needs. Their workflow, however, combining 3D scans, detailed assessments, and manual order forms, had become a bottleneck. It relied on multiple disconnected systems, leading to delays, data entry errors, and inefficiencies.

To solve this, Ride Designs partnered with Cloudfy to build a unified, purpose-built app. The RideLabs App allows field specialists to manage the entire consultation digitally, from capturing scans and completing assessments to confirming orders in real-time, on-site.

The app is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, enabling order data to sync instantly without middleware or manual re-entry. Supporting files such as scans and images are automatically routed to a SharePoint repository, ensuring production teams receive everything they need, exactly when they need it.

The impact has been significant:

  • Faster turnaround times from consultation to production
  • Improved accuracy through reduced manual data handling
  • Freed-up time for specialists to focus on patient care

A Health Tech Digital Awards spokesperson said:

“Cloudfy’s solution is a standout example of how well-designed technology can solve a specific challenge in healthcare. It’s practical, empowering, and genuinely improves outcomes.”

Robert Williams, CEO of Cloudfy, added:

“This award is a fantastic recognition of our shared effort with Ride Designs. Our goal was never just to build software, but to solve a critical, real-world problem. We’re proud to have helped make a difference.”
