AssureCare and CURIS have partnered to help FQHCs and rural clinics turn new US rural health funding into care infrastructure that lasts.
The partnership combines AssureCare’s health technology with CURIS’s consulting services to help organisations use funding from the Rural Health Transformation programme.
The US$50bn federal programme will distribute funding across all 50 US states over five fiscal years. The companies described it as the largest federal commitment to rural health in a generation.
Its five goals are to improve rural health, expand sustainable access to healthcare, strengthen the rural health workforce and support innovation in care delivery and technology.
AssureCare provides an integrated platform designed for Federally Qualified Health Centers, or FQHCs, which are federally supported clinics serving underserved communities.
The system combines care management, AI-supported analysis, patient engagement and outreach tools.
AssureCare’s NutraVance nutrition management system also extends the platform into Food as Medicine, which uses access to suitable food and nutrition as part of healthcare.
The company said the system connects nutrition support with chronic disease management rather than treating it as a separate service.

CURIS has more than a decade of experience working with FQHCs, including leading population health strategies and assessments at more than 300 health centres across the US.
Under the partnership, CURIS will help organisations navigate the programme’s requirements, while AssureCare will provide technology intended to support all five strategic goals through one connected platform.

The companies said their combined services would give FQHCs a complete view of each patient, covering information from the first data point to the latest interaction.
