Most Improved Patient Outcomes: Viz.ai

The Health Tech World Awards introduced the judges, sponsors and the Health Tech World team to some truly game-changing innovations.

Those that made the shortlist all successfully demonstrated how they were transforming patient outcomes in the UK, US and beyond.

So it came as no surprise that the Most Improved Patient Outcomes award sparked plenty of debate among the panel.

As category sponsor, it was down to ORCHA , Paul Weston, to have the final say.

ORCHA is the world-leader in the assessment and dissemination of digital health products.

ORCHA operates in twelve countries across the world and are proud to work with inspiring organisations, including NHS England, NICE, CQC, MHRA, the Dutch Foundation for Mental Health, the American College of Physicians, the American Telemedicine Association, Boehringer Ingelheim and Bayer.

Before announcing the winner, Paul gave an honourable mention to My mHealth for role the company plays in supporting people with long term conditions in multiple condition areas.

He was also impressed by the scalability that was evidenced through their work.

Paul said:

“The winner was Viz.ai for their contribution to reducing stroke recovery time patients and reducing their time in hospital.

“Being able to reduce the impact of a stroke through their technology was absolutely essential, too. So congratulations to Viz.ai.”
