Wilson Sonsini appoints Andrea Linna as a Partner

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has announced that Andrea Linna has joined the firm’s regulatory department as a partner.

Linna will be a part of the firm’s Digital Health industry group and its FDA Regulatory, Healthcare and Consumer Products practice.

She will be based remotely from Chicago and work closely with colleagues and clients across the country.

Before joining Wilson Sonsini, Linna was a partner at McGuireWoods, where she co-led that firm’s Digital Health, Technology and Innovation practice group.

Over the oast 10 years, Linna focused her practice on healthcare law and amassed substantial experience representing clients in healthcare regulatory matters related to mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and security, and healthcare IT.

Linna’s clients have included healthcare technology start-ups and industry investors, as well as healthcare systems, providers, payers, and facilities with digital health initiatives.
