Ergéa UK CEO, David Rolfe, said: “I am delighted that Craig has joined us as Commercial Director.

“He is a great fit for the business both in terms of his experience and people centred approach.

“Craig is exceptional with people development, and relationship building, skills which are central to the trusted customer partnerships that we are focused on.

Craig will help to build deep relationships with all our key customers and ensure our highest-quality offering, providing innovative customer focused outcomes, operational efficiency, additional capacity, modernisation and ultimately better patient outcomes.”

Farrow added: “I am delighted to be joining the Ergéa UK team at such an exciting time following the recent rebrand.

“With the NHS currently facing significant challenges, there is a great opportunity for Ergéa UK to make significant strides in supporting their efforts.”

Ergéa offers Managed Equipment Services across radiology, radiotherapy, cardiology, endoscopy and surgical theatres.

The company also provides vendor independent maintenance services for endoscopy, diagnostic imaging and biomedical equipment in the UK.
