Ergéa UK announces new appointments

Ergéa UK, the vendor-neutral provider of Managed Equipment Services (MES), has announced the launch of its experienced team, known as the ‘Transformation Team.’

This strategic initiative highlights Ergéa’s rebranding of its MES offering as ‘Transformation Services’.

Unlike traditional MES models, Ergéa’s Transformation Services view technology as a catalyst rather than an end goal.

These services support organisations with medical equipment/asset management, build and enabling works, consumables management and support digital transformation having the patient at the centre of everything.

Ergéa offers the ability to access the latest equipment without initial capital investment across a wide breadth of clinical services including, but not limited to, Radiotherapy, Radiology, Cardiology, Endoscopy and Theatres.

The Transformation Team will engage with hospitals to better understand their current service, challenges and strategic aims to ensure the service offered is tailored to their needs to enhance patient care.

Craig Farrow, Commercial Director of Ergéa said “This strategic move reflects Ergea’s commitment to innovation, customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.

“We are confident that our newly enhanced capabilities, coupled with John’s expertise, will contribute significantly to provide high-quality services that fit our customer’s needs.”

Leading this team as the Transformation Director will be John Wilkinson, whose career includes notable roles at Siemens Healthineers and GE Healthcare, along with his most recent position as Programme Director for the Strategic Imaging Asset Management (SIAM) Programme at Imperial NHS Trust in London.
