The conference will bring together leading experts, innovators, and policymakers to explore revolutionary advancements in patient pathways through innovation. The conference is chaired by the Rt Hon Lord Kakkar KG KBE, President of the Thrombosis Research Institute and Chairman of King’s Health Partners Academic Health Sciences, who will deliver opening and closing remarks, chair panels and host question and answer sessions.
