WHAT IT DOES
Memora Heath is an AI-enabled platform that helps providers manage complex care needs, including automated reminders, messaging, scheduling and metrics.
The funds will be used to scale the company’s platform with new healthcare systems.
“Memora Health is fundamentally transforming care delivery in our view,” Chris Bischoff, managing director of General Catalyst, said in a statement. “Their intelligent care enablement platform has found what we see as a unique balance of empowering care teams to give every patient a high-touch care experience while also keeping patients with complex care journeys engaged and proactive in their care. All of these are critical components of our Health Assurance thesis and we look forward to our collaboration with Memora as they reimagine the care journey for patients alongside a growing number of leading health systems.”
In 2022, Memora Health scored $40 million in funding.
Mayo Clinic also announced a research program where the health system would work with Memora Health to explore ways to extend care to postpartum patients at home.
The company established numerous partnerships within the past year, including with perinatal and prenatal health AI company PeriGen, South Jersey health system Virtua Health, cancer care and research institute Moffitt Cancer Center, multispecialty medical group UP Medical and patient engagement platform Luma Health.
